Owen has grown up in Ramsey and attended the Ramsey Public Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade, graduating from Ramsey High School in 2020.  He attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated with a  degree in Science Business in 2024. He is currently applying to medical school taking a gap year and working at the Valley Hospital as a Rehabilitation Aide. Having grown up in Ramsey he wanted to give back to the community that he gained so much from. Upon learning about the Ramsey Municipal Alliance and its mission to reduce substance misuse in the town of Ramsey he wanted to become a part of this important cause.
